CFPS Practice Exam

Thank you for your interest in Q/P's CFPS Preparatory exam. The exam is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The cost of the exam is: $25.00.

The exam is structured similar to the IFPUG CFPS exam. There are 3 sections. Section 1 is a series of 32 multiple choice questions focused on definitions contained in the Counting Practices Manual (CPM). Section 2 contains 32 multiple choice questions focuses on implementing the function point counting rules. Section 3 contains 3 case studies that that focus on various counting situations.

When you decide to take the exam, click the link below to arrange payment. You will check out and make your payment via our PayPal merchant service which allows you to pay with credit card or a valid PayPal account.

Once payment is received you will be directed to page that contains a short video describing how to maneuver within the testing software. You will want to have soft copies of the CPM and a calculator available that you can use during the exam.
